E-Tutoring Appointments

E-tutoring allows you to upload a writing project during a scheduled time slot and receive feedback at the end of that time slot. You do not need to be online during your appointment. When making an e-tutoring appointment (make sure to click e-tutoring), schedule 30 minutes per 2 double-spaced pages, with a maximum of 8 double-spaced pages for a 2-hour appointment. Please attach your writing as a Word document, along with an assignment sheet and any information that will assist us in providing feedback. For additional instructions, click here or watch this tutorial.

Tutors will provide constructive/instructive feedback but will not simply edit or proofread. You are encouraged to schedule a face-to-face appointment as well to go over feedback. If what you upload is too long to cover in the scheduled time, a tutor will provide the feedback they can in the time allotted.

Online Appointments

Online appointments allow you to work with a tutor in real time, using video, audio, or chat only as you work in a shared space on your document. For online appointment instructions, click here. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome required for online appointments.
