TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT: CHOOSE THE SCHEDULE YOU WANT AND LOGIN TO THE LEFT. CLICK AN AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT SLOT AND FILL OUT THE APPOINTMENT FORM,  CHOOSING EITHER E-TUTORING OR ONLINE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT FORMAT.

E-Tutoring Appointments

E-tutoring allows you to upload a writing project during a scheduled time slot and receive feedback at the end of that time slot. You do not need to be online during your appointment. When making an e-tutoring appointment (make sure to click e-tutoring), schedule 30 minutes per 2 double-spaced pages, with a maximum of 8 double-spaced pages for a 2-hour appointment. Please attach your writing as a Word document, along with an assignment sheet and any information that will assist us in providing feedback. For additional instructions, click here or watch this tutorial.

Tutors will provide constructive/instructive feedback but will not simply edit or proofread. You are encouraged to schedule a face-to-face appointment as well to go over feedback. If what you upload is too long to cover in the scheduled time, a tutor will provide the feedback they can in the time allotted.

Online Appointments

Online appointments allow you to work with a tutor in real-time, using video, audio, or chat only as you work in a shared space with your tutor. Documents can be uploaded or pasted into the whiteboard. For online appointment instructions, click here or watch this tutorial. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome required for online appointments.
